An all levels yoga and meditation class that includes an opening chant, a gentle warm up for your spine, a sequence of postures that gets deep into the parasympathetic nervous system, a deep yogi relaxation, meditation and closing chant.

Sunday 7:30am
Sunday morning all levels yoga and meditation class includes an opening chant, a brief warm up for the spine, a sequence of postures paired with breathing exercises, a deep yogi relaxation, meditation and closing chant.
